Headstart Registration
Headstart is a parent participation class for children 2.5 to 5 years old.
This class introduces parents and children to the Suzuki Philosophy, allows children to learn about basic music concepts in a fun and playful manner and provides opportunities for children to see each instrument we offer in action.
We will be running three 5 week terms between September 2025 and May 2026. Each term builds on the next, with ample review for families who wish to join us in term 2 or term 3.
Classes run at Canterbury High School on Saturday mornings from 11-11:45 AM.
Dates:
Term 1: Sept. 27, Oct. 4, 25, Nov. 8, 22
Term 2: Jan. 10, 24, 31, Feb. 7, 21
Term 3: Mar. 28, Apr. 11, 18, 25, May 2
Cost is $120 per 5 week term or $340 ($20 discount) for all three terms.
Families are welcome to sign up for one term, two terms or three terms. Each term is unique but concepts are revisited so children can start in term one, two or three, and can benefit from one, two or all three terms.
Our Headstart class will be participating in our annual Play In on November 29th, and Viva Suzuki, our Annual Celebration concert, on May 9th. Check out SuzukiMusic Events for more details about these special events.
